"Still feels like a solid buy"
I’ve had this coffee table for about a year now, my gut says it was a good choice. It still looks pretty much new, no scratches that I’ve noticed, and it doesn’t wobble at all. I’m definitely happy with it...

"In the end, it all worked out way..."
In the end, it all worked out way easier than I expected. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and needed to exchange it, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and sent clear steps on what to do. The replacement showed up sooner than I thought, too. no drama at all

"Like it overall, even though the timing was a little confusing"
I’m happy with the item overall, but it did show up with a small chip on one corner, which was kind of frustrating. I also got a bit mixed up on when it was actually supposed to arrive because the updates seemed to change or maybe I just missed something. Either way, customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. I still really like the piece, just wish it had arrived in perfect shape.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I ordered something from Z Gallerie and ended up sending it back. The actual return part was easy, so no issue there. But the refund? It took way too long to show up. I kept checking my account and had to reach out to them more than once, which got really frustrating. They do have nice stuff on the site, but waiting that long to get my money back was not okay.

"Clear updates, but the delivery felt a little slow"
I liked that the delivery updates were easy to follow and kept me from wondering what was going on. From my point of view, it just took a bit longer than I expected, so the experience was good overall but not quite as smooth as it could’ve been.

"Warranty help was surprisingly painless"
I had a small issue with my table after a few months, so I reached out to Z Gallerie about the warranty. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but they actually got back to me quickly and took care of it without turning it into some whole ordeal. For a bigger furniture company, the support was way better than I assumed it would be. Happy with how they handled everything

"Color was just what I was hoping for"
I got it today, the color looks exactly like the pictures. I’m picky about shades matching what’s shown online, so I was really happy with this.

"I’ve picked up a few things..."
I’ve picked up a few things from Z Gallerie over time, i’m still really into their style. Their pieces have that modern, kind of glam look without feeling cold or boring. I got a couple items for my living room, and it instantly made the space feel more pulled together, even with my random stack of magazines still sitting by the couch. The colors and textures look even better in person too, which was a nice surprise. It can definitely get pricey, so I don’t go wild, but for the overall look and feel, I’ve been happy with what I bought

"Looks nice, but I felt a little brushed off about the material"
I ordered a decor piece from Z Gallerie and, to be fair, it does look close to the photos. The issue was the material didn’t really feel like what I expected from the description. It’s not terrible, just lighter and less solid than I thought it would be. Shipping was fine and I’m still using it in my room, but when I had questions about it, I kind of felt dismissed instead of getting a clear answer. I just wish the material details had been more upfront

I picked up a side table from Z Gallerie, it does look really nice in my living room. I can see why other customers would be drawn to their style because the designs are definitely cute. That said, for the price, the quality felt just okay to me. One corner had a small chip when it arrived, and the finish seems to scratch more easily than I expected. Shipping was fine and the table isn’t bad by any means, but I think some shoppers might feel the same way I do, nice look, but not quite the quality you’d hope for. I’d probably be hesitant to buy larger furniture pieces from them

"Return was painless overall"
I ended up having to return a small decor piece from Z Gallerie because the color just didn’t feel right once I saw it in my room. I was a little disappointed because I really wanted it to work, but the return process itself was simple and stress-free. I got the label without needing to call anyone, which I really appreciated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the refund took a little longer than I’d hoped to show up, so I found myself checking on it a couple times. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit annoying. Overall though, it was a smooth experience, and I’d still feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Pretty easy to assemble"
I ordered a side table from Z Gallerie putting it together was simpler than I thought it would be. The instructions were clear enough, the screws actually lined up, and I managed to get it done quickly on my own... which was a nice surprise.

"Backorder updates were actually helpful"
I had something on backorder and I was expecting to be left wondering what was going on, but they kept sending updates and letting me know where things stood, so I never really had to stress about it. It was just nice to feel like they hadn’t forgotten about my order.

I was in a anxious mood when my Z Gallerie order showed up because it was a fragile decor piece and I wasn’t sure how it would hold up in shipping. But they packed it really well. The box felt sturdy, there was plenty of padding inside, and nothing had shifted around or gotten scratched. It was also easy to open, not one of those packages covered in a ridiculous amount of tape. I was genuinely relieved and really happy with how it arrived.

I’m really happy with my Z Gallerie order. The table looks great in my space, it matched the style I was expecting. Delivery was mostly smooth too. There was a small delay, which I kind of assumed might happen with furniture orders anyway, so it didn’t bother me too much. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

I went in just to browse, well, I thought I was just browsing, and the staff was really nice. They helped me figure out which table would work best without making me feel pressured at all. Overall, it was a really good experience

THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING PEOPLE! On 6/7/2023 we Purchased a Sofa from Z Gallery store for $3,807.84 In September, they sent the wrong sofa. We immediately went to the store, where salesperson Chelsy made a call to corporate, and told us that we had the option to hold on to this sofa ( since we had given away our previous sofa the day before the delivery), and that the correct sofa would be sent tby November 2023. In November, we were told December! In December, we were told January! In January we were told Feb! In Feb, we were told MAYBE April! At that point, my wife and I called, and told them that we were tired of being strung along, and that we wanted to cancel our order, and get our money back, and that we would order a sofa from another store. We were told that as soon as they picked up the sofa, we would get our money refunded to our credit card! I went ahead, and ordered another sofa from another store where, obviously, I had to pay upfront. I was ok with that, since I was told numerous times that I would be refunded by Z Gallery! They picked up the sofa last week. I emailed them today to check on the status of my $3800 refund. This afternoon, an employee named Fernando Hernandez replied to me telling me that because the did a restructuring bankruptcy back in October, they can only give me a store Credit!!! This is completely shady, and underhanded, as I was ALWAYS told, all the way to Feb 2024, that I could get my money refunded. All the conversations are recorded on their end, where we asked several times if we would get our money back. This is not $38, or even $380, but almost $4000 that this company, who is still in business online, is refusing to refund me! My wife really liked the style of the sofa, and was willing to be patient. Had we been told before Oct, that there was a slight chance that this could happen, we would have cancelled our order... they strung us along, and waited until the sofa was in their possession to tell me this today

Why don't you step up and take care of your customers? there are times to make excepts to your rules.

“I called for 11 days and wrote multiple emails over 11 days before I was able to reach customer service. When I finally did, the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. DO NOT SHOP HERE”

“Do NOT BUY IS A SCAM. I purchase a Sofa at the beginning of March, it was supposed to deliver 8 weeks after (beginning of May) at the end of may. Beginning of June 12 weeks after the order I called to check on my sofa and the said that was delayed and were uncertain on a delivery date, so I asked to cancel my order, they refused and threat that I would have lost my money if the order was going to be canceled. At the end of June I called again as we were going into the 16 weeks from the order, again no certain date for delivery and again I attempt to cancel the order, with the same result they threat to not return my money, so, I had to stick with the order. Finally, on July27 the sofa was derived basically 5 months after my purchase. Once the Sofa was installed I realized that neither the model and the size where the one ordered, so I called back customer service to have the sofa picked up and to have a full refund, at this point they agreed to refund me 14 business day after they would have picked up the sofa, they came a month after on August 30 to get the item from my apartment. Since then, I'm waiting for a full refund, its now mid December and still no refund have been issued and every time I call (when I'm able to talk with somebody) to say that the payment is scheduled for the following week. Bottom line after more than 9 months from the purchase they are unlawfully holding my money and their behavior is nothing less than a scammer that just stole my money and has no intention to return the sum paid. Just do not buy from this company the market is full of honest competitor that stand behind their products.”
